Hello, this is a new profile to the forums but from an old user. This is the old sjbbandgeek. I felt that, since I've changed alot in my attitude towards life and most things in general through a couple years in high school, I'd like a new profile to reflect that. Plus I don't use my old email and I forgot my old password.

This is the area where you make your intro thread so you should be able to create one here. The thread bloke for noobs only aplies in certain parts of the forum to dicourage spamming. So have ago and introduce your self. Oh! and you can PM people if you need any other help.

Could you tell me precisely what it says when you try to start a new thread? I've double checked the permissions and you should be able to do it.

Not in the Introductions part you should be able to start a thread striaght away. It's only in other parts of the forum you need the post count.

I know that's how it's supposed to work. But it isn't. Maybe it's just my computer or something...I dunno. +shrug+ I can always wait until forty. I'm a patient person.

Newbie here I figured I'd introduce myself.

I'm Mel, 33 years to my name, found this place after getting fed up with the crap at my other board. I'm a massive Pink Floyd/Roger Waters fan. I felt it would be nice to speak to people who don't think that you can solve all your problems with violence. I'm passionate, pig headed, sarcastic and opinionated but I am also kind, loyal, sensitive and compassionate.

I see that this site has a higher percentage of british people than I am used to, no offence to the other nationalities here, but sometimes it's nice to speak to other british people. On the board I came from I was the only brit there and sometimes I felt a little lonely!!
