^^ well it's a dancing game wher you have 4 arrows on the ground a up down left right and back. you have to press the arrows when they come up to the top of the screen (or bottom if you change it) which is timed wit hthe music. In the end you should have a dance of the combo of the 4 squares.

It's a lot harder then it sounds.

^the way he said it, yes it does mean a good thing. The word, which is expleted, can be used in both good and bad terms. bomb and diggity are also good words, therefore having the word mean "very very awesome". It just sounds really funny.
