Lost Prophets - Fake Sound of Progess! They ROCK! I've ordered their new album as I went to see them support Linkin Park and they were brilliant
Oddlyenough

Well. Although I'm at work (let's not tattle, hmmm?) I'm listening to the delightful silky sounds of Jeff Healey's "Among Friends, tasty tidbits of artfully aged swing/jazz.
Very Canadian, very odd. I suggest, for those of you ready to dance, I suggest..."I wish that I were twins".
Back to work...

Music shops are awful to work in. You end up acquiring so much stuff...
Lately:
Faith No More - 'King For A Day, Fool For A Lifetime'
Love - 'Forever Changes'
The Fall - 'The Real New Fall Album, Formerly Known As Country On The Click' (to give it its full title...)
Jeff Buckley - 'Grace'
I FULLY RECOMMEND that everyone downloads/buys the tunes 'Mojo Pin', 'Grace' and 'Halleluja' by the aforementioned Mr. Buckley. Maudlin, but so very beautiful and affecting.

I've also had 'Live At Sin-e' recommended to me by one of my co-workers. I think I may need to purchase it...
I've got 'Grace' on as I type. Utterly sublime. An absolute must-have. I kid you not.

I was introduced to them by way of Calexico's cover of 'Alone Again Or'. My manager put 'Forever Changes' on the store stereo, and I was pretty damn impressed. I've not yet bought it - I've bought waaaaay too much recently - but it's high up on my things-to-buy list, certainly.
Funny. Listening to Love at work, and 'Itchycoo Park' in the pub last night, has made me realise that I'm just a big hippy. I've got the hair for it...
Peace.
