The Doors did some pretty nifty tuneage in their time, tis true...
Did they? I musta missed those, cos the stuff I heard is overblown crapola...
Anyways, there's an extreme lack of goth on this thread, so this is my one-man effort to redress the imbalance...
"Creatures" - Clan of Xymox. If ya likes the Sisters, you'll love this album, trust me... it's blimmin great!

I won't subscribe to this Doors-hating - trendy as it is - but I will admit that they are greatly overrated.
Anyway, today was spent in the company of Minty ('Open Wide'), Tori Amos ('Under The Pink'), The Wildhearts ('Earth Vs. The Wildhearts'), Machine Head ('Burn My Eyes') and my new singles:
Yeah Yeah Yeahs - 'Pin'
British Sea Power - 'Carrion/Apologies To Insect Life'
Ladytron - 'Evil'
I Am Kloot - 'Life In A Day'
Each one a gem, I tells ya.

Shouldn't that be sloping? Or stalking? Maybe prowling? Surely not meandering? It's a bit half-assed for black lip gloss isn't it? May as well perambulate. Or even promenade, for that matter.

Anyway, The music of Aries for the day is a bit off center from my usual tastes....I've had the Linkin Park Reanimation CD (the remix album) going with random Eminem playing. Yeah it's really off center in the world of Aries music today methinks.

Yeah, the X-Ray review prompted me to buy the aforementioned single... Personally, I think they're a bit David Bowie in parts... but I see the Pixiesness to some degree.
And thanks for the heads-up on the release - it's been that long already?
Finally, thanks again again again for recommending that mag - it's chuffing great!
