I makes them. Well, sort of. I find already made anime or manga pictures of various types and modify them until I'm happy with them. I'm sure I'm stepping on all sorts of copyright things, but I don't care.

That said, my Photoshop 7 trial is running out, and I'll be up sh*t creek without a paddle.
