I just got off the phone with an ex, I dunno why she still affects me it frustrates me so much, we've been split up for a year now but still it wont stop hurting.

ok from my past experiences it never really stops hurting if you truly cared about them...as time passes and new love comes it gets less a less...instead of a sharp stabbing pain...it becomes a numb throb down to barely anything...but it does lessen jus keep that in mind

It depends. Case in point: I'm glad to be rid of Andrea, Ashley, Destiny and Courtney, but I miss Bernadette and Harmonie. Bernadette won't even talk to me anymore so that hurts and when I'm hanging out with Harm sometimes, I wish we were still together. I try to put it in the past ad move on, but, yes, sometimes it hurts. It's one of those things we deal with, but no one tells us how.

I understand what Righteous is saying,when i see my ex's around college,it upsets me.

But Mingtea,i think you're lucky.You're lucky that someone who meant so much to you is still in contact with you,some of my ex's wont even talk to me !understandably.............
