OK so a recent thing in the news is making gay marraige (il)legal. All I got to say is WTF!? This is talking about seperation of Chruch and State to the max (This is the states by the way). Ok I'm straight and I feel they should be aloud to get wed. Its retarded to say "It's unnatural". What kinda BS is that? I mean marraige in general is unnatural. Or if your claim is homosexuallity is unnatural then you should stick a gun and your mouth and pull the trigger (Not serious folks). To me this is just another piece of evidence showing the Catholic Church runs the US government. Anywho my point is this. Who are you to say "They can't do it, cause gay marraige is unnatural and blah blah blah". Just shut up, let them do what they should be entitled to and get on with life. Your not gonna die if a gay couple next door ties the knot...

I agree! It angers me! Why should it be illegal? It's not like they can control who they are attracted to and if they want they should be able to marry who they love.

i am completely with you here. if straight people can get married, why can't gay people? and what is this shit about gay people not being able to adopt kids!!!!!!! or have test tube babies? my friend is a test tube baby, his moms were lesbians, but one of them [not his biological mom] left. she is still a mother to him! and trust me, being born to gay parents definitly does NOT make you gay. this dude is a fecking manwhore!

Its just a way the church is rulling the government my friends... Am I the only one who sees it? Look at our bill of rights. Our laws. Then look at a bible... Odd how the same stuff is in there huh?

Most of my thoughts on this have been covered in the Same Sex Marriage thread here in Issues. Basically my views are that it's all about equality. What goes for the hetero should apply to the homo and vice versa.

Yes you are. I don't understand how this world always seems to look at gays and lesbians as beneath us. And now this shit. Homosexuals have just as much right to live and enjoy life as much as the next person. This is the kind of stuff that caused revolutions and pointless massacres in early history. I hate it that society is so primitive that it does these things over and over and over and over and over......
