I added a quote yesterday... it's just that Poofie isn't on IRC to be poked to actually put them up, or something

It has come to my attention that people are once again neglecting the quotesite.

There are a few new IRC quotes up (not safe for work or small children) but nobody is submitting from the forum... why not people? People are always saying stuff on here, some of it must be amusing... especially if you take it out of context.

Anybody know anything about getting the quote-site up and running again? I swear I had a dream someone had tried to resurrect it and possibly succeeded, but Greeneyes had used some really complicated impossible code that no one could figure out...

Reading that remind me of all the drama and smut we used to have, I had no idea how much of an influence this forum has been on my life. Shame we all had to grow up.

Indeed it is! I guess I occasionally get a "page cannot load" when browsing, but other than that it is still up. Hurrah!

If you are the sort of person who revels in the kind of blast that comes from the past, it was actually Pab who write the quote site, not me. On a side note, up until this point, I was actually under the impression that the host disappeared a (long) while ago, taking all our words with it, so I am somewhat surprised to see that it is still around.

Edit: For a short while, I felt a little bad about having left it alone this long, then I discovered that there have been but 4 new quotes in the last 3 years. That means you can't even blame it on the economy. Be funnier, damnit.

I think that there were more than that added to Wytu's quote script...
