Seatbelts... umm... god knows... maybe they keep the seat's trousers on so the seat isnt naked.. I wouldnt like to be a naked seat.. i would feel very self-concious...

No silly, seat belts are what keep your trousers tied to the carseat in case of an accident.

oooh.... I need to get one of those then... My poor trousers! imagine if i was to be in an accident.. they might get ruined!!!
