Okay, so there's this girl at school that I used to be best friends with back in 7th, 8th, and 9th grade. We're in 11th now, but we share the same interests, and have the same kind of grades so we're in the same classes/clubs/etc. This is unintentional on my part, and when I am in a room with this girl I try to stay on the other side of it. Lately, she's been making slanders, and rude remarks about me to some of my friends, the kind that are really low. Now she has the gull to file a harassment suit on my saying that I'm stalking her when I stay the h*ll away from her. I can't believe this, I have no clue what to do. All my friends know this is a lie because the instances she says that I've 'stalked' or 'harassed' her in, I had been with them. Most of the occurances are from almost three years ago anyways. But this girl has put a friend of ours (we have a few mutual friends - it tends to complicate things), in the middle and even he's saying she's going too far. She's telling the school that I belong in an insane assylum (lol I am in the league of insanity, and i think the bouncy walls would be fun). The school has to take action as an impartial third party but there's going to be a social service worker, the school counslers, and the principle meeting with me some time next week. I don't know what to do seeing as how I haven't done anything, and I basically can prove it; nonetheless if this goes under my perminant record what is it going to do to my college applications?

It would be a gross miscarriage of justice if you got in trouble for this, but if you do have proof that she's lying then it seems to me she's only digging herself deeper into a deep dark hole, just don't loose your temper with the adults, tell it like it is and i can't see how it could go badly for you. this girls sounds like what like to call an attention whore around here, you think it'll go on her permanent record when it turns out the alligations are false? is there a big rubber stamp they can use to stamp "ATTENTION WHORE" on her permanent record....i think there should be

This girl soound like an insecure a$$---- I know at my school. I gave friendship a chance with him, but he just kept on doing stoopid things that just bothered me and some of my friends. He made some of the dumbest remarks I ever heard, such as calling me and some of my freinds queers behind our backs, which just gets him in trouble with us and actual homosexuals. Then he says I'm obsessed with him and tells people I'm stalking him. Iv'e been avoiding him for about 3 months now, but he still comes over to the group of freinds I'm talking to and make an a$$ of himself.
So don't worry, that girls accusations will be proven false and she will become a complete social outcast at your school, yes that is a bad thing, but all she did was dig her own grave.

erm...ok Spiffy I have gathered that you like hugglez and whatnot but I believe you when you say that you tend to ignore her. I wouldn't confront her about it but go off on a peaceful talk with the people askin u about it, it might prove that you aren't the type to stalk and that this chick truly is clinically insane *WHICH IS NOT ALWAYS A BAD THING * heh, anyways...that's my advice. yup...there it is.

My brother had a stalker once. SHe was a psychotic exgirlfriend. She kept calling and my brother couldn't get her to hang up so he had to enlist the power of my grandmother to yell, "Rick! Get off the phone now!" as an excuse to hang up. He had a party once and she kept walking up and down the sidewalk accross the street. He asked me to bee the bouncer for his party (I had a list and everything). It's amazing some of the drastic steps one has to take to ensure one's safety from stalkers...

this girl sound crazy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but reminded me of my stalker he kept asking me out and i said no bout a million times so he used to follow me around and then wrote mea note about how much he loves me?!!!? then he left it on me door and on the letter it said alll scary like flash your light if love me!! very freaked out i had a cup of tea bout an hour later i was shutting me curtains and he was standing out side in the rain in the end after bout 3 hours me step dad had to go out there and ask me to leave!! well theres my csp story why do i attarct these people???

Me and some friends have made Thursdays stalking days. It's funny. Know what you should do is you should tell her to eff off when you get the chance. What kind of a stalker would you be if you were to tell her to screw herself? Not much of one...
