this is a poem for everyone that is for when you are sad. just remember this, i hope it cheers you up.

the sun is always there, okay?
ill tell you how i know.
If it was gone when it's not day,
how would moonlight glow?

The sun is always there, beleive,
its always bleeding love.
You gasp in rain, you cry and greive,
but its still up above.

Just 'cause the coulds are in your way,
a shroud of murky ink.
despite how nothing is okay,
the sunrise somewheres pink.

and pretty soon, it will be too
bright and gorgeous, over you.

happy holidays to all of you. since i cant get you all a real gift, this is what i can do. i love you all. thank you for being there for me.

That's, um... for lack of a better word, great. I'm not sad at the moment, but I'll try to remember that poem when I can, symbolic stuff always works for me. Thanks. Happy holidays, to you and everyone else here. happy.gif

No, you're better than me and all my RL friends combined... literally.

It's Brilliant! But, for some reason the melody from "Can you feel the love tonight"~Elton John (Lion King) kicked in my head. It made it quite enjoyable!

I'm sad. This made me feel better. Especially the fact that you're trying to make people feel better! And the poem is so true too! Thank you! smile.gif

I likes it. Very very good. \m/ reminds me of a saying I once had..... "Somewhere in the world there's a little patch of blue sky where the sun shines just for you." I used to say it to people a lot, never believed it myself though...

Anyways, i muchly needed that poem, and I think it may kick off a good day in the life of Jen which would make a looooovely change tongue.gif

Blabble blabble I love the poem it speaks truth and hope in words of light. **claps and throws roses**

**throws many many chocolates**

**throws lots of happiness**

MESSYZMAS!!!

it was a bit of a different approach. that poem most certainly does NOT reflect me. however, i found it adequate to write for it seems as though most of the forumites are going hrough a bit of a, shall we say, sh*tty time? yes, so anyway, i decided id shoot a random ray of hope. reading it through the perspective of a random reader instead of a writer, i now find it to be not that bad. i figured since im writing something WAY different than what i normaly write it would come out hideous. but i guess iw as wrong. and its a different spin, since most people i know write all that sad depressed poetry of how much their life sucks, without giving any consideration for what others may be going through. and frankly, i think its safe here to say, that their poetry kinda sucks rolleyes.gif poetry is riddled with figurative language. erm...yeah, theirs really isnt.
