i'm in the middle of hell. a while ago, i was protecting a girl from a gang. that girl and her friends have turned on me and mine. they began by keying one of my friends cars for $3000 worth of damage. then they got him kicked out of school on charge of stalking. now my best friend, who is the brother of gothy mothy,... his girl friend is missing. she hasn't been seen or heard from since the end of school, an I NEED suggestions on how to un fuck this situation. sorry for swearing.

A gang?

And what made you think you could handle this all by yourself?

GET. ADULTS. INVOLVED. NOW. Preferably the police.
Kyo
forgot to mention, the law is involved; on their side. lawsuits that are being filed against us for what we did to help her when we could, and she is now supporting them. beyond that, my friend just called and said that he saw what was essentially a convoy of police heading towards his girlfriends house.

without knowing anything more about you case, i don't know what kind of advice i can give... have you tried explaining you side to the police? do you have any evidence to back up your side? can you get any? why is she back with the people you were protecting her from?

there's always the border... sad.gif

anyway, your best bet is to talk to an adult you trust about it all.

Ditto. This does not have to be your problem alone.

That is seriously skewed...hey Kyo, I feel your pain, harassment is never fun, but this is BEYOND harassment.

I'm with the others. Tell someone who would listen to you, and try to find evidence that you're not the bad guy. I'm not saying go Nancy Drew on them, but you can't let them screw you over.

The police do the job because they want to see the right thing done, go to the station and ask if you can talk to an officer about the case. If it's as serious as you are saying it is then it's time to take this very serious measure and make sure that your side of the situation is recorded. If no record of your side of things is made then people will always ask 'if this was happening to you then why didn't you go to the police?'

Should any of this ever get to court, it will greatly increase any case you have that you would go into a station to calmly and rationally explain events as you have perceived them.

I think what you did to help that girl took courage. I beleieve one man can make a difference but to take on a hole gang you might need a hole lot more then courage to bring this problem to an end. Either way i salute you for doing it
