I thought of one yesterday that made me want to start a band just so I could use the name.

"A Band Called Wasabi"

Hmm...pick two or three words out of the dictionary and put them together. Or one word you really like that isn't taken. Amongst my small scribblings of crap I did find two "names" more likely expressions I liked - blackest surreality and emptiness the requiem. *shrug*

My sister always wanted to start a band called Septic Whore... but apparently it's already taken. Cool name though..

I'm generaly against the whole idea of a band begining with 'the.....'

That's actually a Cold song. It's one of my favorites from the Year of the Spider album.

I have a few ideas...pending. one of them I kinda like...

The band is Where the Sewer Meets the Sea. I came up with a logo for it...




or something like that. I wanted it to be on a sewer opening into the ocean at sunset with the sun blazing crimsons, violets, oranges, and yellows. But hey, I couldn't find anyhting like that. That's the best I can do for now, I guess.

in fifth grade I tried to start a ska band called "Steel Diamond"...but that's a crappy name IMO

I always thought Blood of the Lamb and Crown of Thorns were cool names, but they sound more like Christian Rock names.
