. . . Lately I've been having an issue about seriously wanting to kill everyone in sight. But I don't know WHY! It bothers me. . . Im a bit scared at the moment. . .
What do I do?

Optimize your sleeping habits? Give up coffee? Give up ciggies? To discuss this question, I'm guessing we'd need to hear some more explanations about it. For now I'm guessing that you're not _completely_ satisfied about something

i want to say "buy a vibrater" (a bzz bzz) but it probably wouldn't help...just lower the tone...or lighten the mood.
I don't want to kill people but people can frustrate/annoy/make me angry really quite easily.....I snap at people a lot when they say something i think is stupid, more worryingly I do it mostly to my mother....not that hate her, or even mildly dislike her...she just annoys me...not really helping...but i thought this post should be at least semi serious

BUt what if I really do kill someone, go to court, get sent to the asylum. . . and so on?
. . .Your right, Pab, I am not completely satisfied with certain things. . . such as my writing and such; but that shouldn't make me want to kill people.

If you really feel this way, you should go see a doctor, a psychiatrist, a psychologist, or even a counsellor. There's not a lot we can say here. We don't know your situation, but if you're feeling that sort of frustration, you should go seek professional help.

yep, go find some-one trained-up to talk to. but we're always here if you just want cheering up or someone to trade random feelings with *hug*
really, i think we need to employ someone to be an in-house councillor and/or doctor here

Some honest advice... Try two things. First, enroll in a course that will allow you to express your anger and get it out of your system. Kickboxing, karate, or just buy a punching bag and go to town on it. Then also take some meditative classes or read up on meditation and spend about 20 mins to an hour a day meditating. This release/relax regemin can do wonders.

No. . . I probably should go to a phychiatrist, and I think I will. . . but it comes at random times, like in the middle of the night. Ill look up, see my display katana, and have a sudden urge to kill someone with it. Its not anger or anything. I just. . . want to see what it would feel like. Its really sick.
