Should be something like :
upload the skin files to the skins directory of your FTP.
CHMOD the files to 777, there should be something in your FTP proggy to do it.
Go to the admin panel, there should be something to add skins from the ones you've uploaded.

Yeees, but where do I get the skins from?

i've got the alternative skin on.

although i'd have to agree that there is a lack of choice.

but at the same time we all know that mata is busy enough as it is.

i would say that maybe he needs a clone... then we could maybe get about 50 of him all working on animations so that we could all be happy and get our dose of mata that we all have come to be addicted to

do a poll and then go with the most favorite clone. I personally would like clone number 12's ideas.
