Is potato flour or rice flour an option for your dumplings or do those also have gluten?
Have you any tips on cooking pupmkins/ puffball mushrooms? I love the latter pan-fried in garlic and butter (mmmmmmmm....tongue.gif) but I wondered if you have any more recipies?
I'm going to some Jewish New Year celebrations tomorrow and have been aksed to make couscous. Do you know any good couscous recipes?
