For Reasons Beyond me.

Mr. Snaffleburger Cola..

And the Exclaimation Mark after it..

are different links.

They used to go to different Animations, this I remember from clicking on it earlier..

But now they both go to Snaffleburger Cola...

Y?

Similar: Some animations have Exclaimation marks following them.

Some do not.

There appears to be no pattern.

Is this some kind of mind control technique?

When we finally track down Saddam Hussein, after removing him from Iraq, and destroying every other hideaway he's gone to...

Right before one of our soldiers "Accidentally kills" him in the heat of battle..

Wouldn't it be great to have one of them inform him that, "Mr. Hussein, All your Base Are Belong to Us."

?

It's just a foible of Dreamweaver and the HTML code playing around. I could go in and edit it by hand but it really doesn't trouble me.

Why do some have exclamation marks and some don't? Well, in general I don't like exclamation marks, I'm of the opinion that if your words don't make the exclamation for you then you're not communicating your ideas correctly, but sometimes I use them to add emphasis.

No mind control is involved.

Probably.
