Righty.

Your LGG bags are indeed available in Edinburgh - porcelainwarrior and I have almost come to blows over them...

If my memory serves me well they were available in a shop called Flip which is situated on South Bridge St. I can't recall them anywhere else in Edinburgh: but they are available in Kirkcaldy in a shop called Public Image which is situated in the Olympia Arcade on Kirkcaldy High St.

Hope this has been of some help!

EDIT: I Googled the shop - it's definately on South Bridge St. (unless I have been sneakily decieved)

Thank you! Well... In the effort not to waste this thread, where else have people seen my bags? I've seen them in a nice gothy shop on St George's Walk in Croydon, the town of my childhood, also shops in Weymouth and in a market in Bristol.

I've seen them on sale in Camden (though they seem to have sold out now), which is the ultimate goth location!

waaaaaaait a second, Flip is a chain store. There's one in glasgow (at least, maybe more) and I think there's one in Dundee too... I guess I should make a point of going to look for em at some point!

I think the workshirts are supposed to be for men, but there's no gender on these things really. They are fantastic aren't they? I'm really happy with the quality of the fabric and the prints. It was something I was a bit worried about when I went into the contract, but Blue Banana have put a lot of effort into getting the whole thing just right and I'm very pleased with the result.

They should be in all the Blue Banana shops, wherever they may be! There's one in Cardiff I think, the Exeter one... There's another seven in various places.

Polo: Drag Strip in Camden Market had the bags. Apparently they sold out quite quickly so hopefully they'll be getting more in!

I've seen them in Grin in Quiggins in Liverpool so they'll probably be in Grin in Athlecks (sp?) Palace in Manchester. I also know there's a Blue Banana in Lincoln.

Gah beat me to the Lincoln one! tongue.gif

Does anyone know of any shops around Richmond or Twickenham that sell any of the merchandise? I'm dieing to have some.

I think that I spotted a few bags first time I went to Camden and got quite excited bu the name of the place escapes me.

Dont know Richmond that well (only live near there for 2 years) so I could be wrong but I cant think of anywhere there which is likely to be the sort of shop to stock them. You might be better off with Kingston of Wimbledon cause they're bigger shopping centers. Sorry I cant be more help. Farieryn might be able to help a bit more than I can I think she know there area better than me.

The Lincoln Blue Banana had a pretty good range last time I went.

Saying that I really should go again. Just to check. Purely in the interests of informing matazonians you understand, no other reason at all... innocent.gif

Has anyone seen any of them in Camden _recently_? I asked in Drag Strip last time there was a meet-up; they said that the bags had sold fast but didn't yet have any more in stock.

I'm still not getting anywhere near enough money to live off from the merchandise, so I want to make sure that they are actually available to people in the obvious places to look in the capital.

3 weeks ago Commie and I strolled the Camden walk. None in Dragstrip/Black Rose I'm afraid.

Thanks. I'll be talking to the distributor tomorrow (hopefully, if he's not in a meeting/touring the world/training voles to levitate) so I'll bring this up.

Well, at the moment I'm trying to get some stock in. We're thinking of trying to get production out of China and into a country that the rest of the world isn't having a flap about.

1990s: Yes, China, trade with us and we shall show you the delights of global capitalism!

2005: Damn it China, your socialist order is too damn good at making reasonably priced clothing and so now we don't want to play with you anymore.

This has caused me a massive amount of problems and now I'm ridiculously skint, so I'm going to have to start up the shop on my website again to try and make some more money. Unfortunately, currently Blue Banana are setting up a new shop and being rubbish at telling me even what are the full range of items with my stuff on it. I'm getting very frustrated with the whole thing.

Has anything happened about that?

And Mata- what made you want to close down the on-line shop? Just wondered, as I have wanted to buy some Mr SB stuff recently and have found no-where close which stocks it.

I saw an LGG Tee in a market stall at Download Festival, but that's hardly a permanant set up, (I can't imagine the bike racers being very happy about having to swerve around a tent on the race track at Donington Park) so that's not very helpful really, is it?

Dum de dum....
