Yeah 8 hours of refreshing and I still can't get through. I get so close to that confirm button to reserve the pass, but no it's loading half way to the confirm page.
I think who ever owns them places is just mean and likes to see all the students go crazy during finals time when they have to waste large amounts of time trying to get the passes. Evil, pure evil I say! Is there a little office somewhere that you can walk into and look disgruntled in? Annoy the pass trolls with repeated chants of "Can I have one? Can I have one? ..."
 I often found signing up for university classes using the telephone registration system to be a trial.
