There is a group of boys who go around singing the theme song from that show whenever they get the chance! At least they aren't quoteing Napolian Dynamite anymore...

Last night we watched (we meaning me and my sister) Girl, Interupted.
It was a bit of a chick-flick but the fact that it's based off of a true story makes it even better than it already was. By the way, When the movie store said that it was a drama, they weren't kidding... but a good type of drama, not the Lifetime sort of drama.

Girl, Interrupted is a fantastic film. I loves it.

I've been watching Spaced commentary a lot recently. Fried gold!

I second that! A film I showed no interest in seeing, then I caught it on Sky whilst at my sister's - and I found it to be good.

I've mostly been watching various episodes and extras from the 'Rock Profile' DVD (which I bought on Monday). I loved the show when it aired originally, and the DVD is very tasty.

I finally saw Constantine. (Did I spell that right?)

It was a great movie but I had to watch it with the subtitles on because I couldn't understand a word they were saying! Was it just my TV, or were they really mumbling most of the time?

Also, my mom's taking me to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory tommorow because I helped her watch those Evil kids the other day... Our theatere only shows one Movie at a time, so we've been waiting for awhile...

Anyways, Finally added the lastest to my Invader ZIM collection, Got the little box set in the shape of his house with the Special Features DVD in it (Also, Hiddin in the roof was a small Gir red toy, I think I'm having too much fun playing with it X3)

Still loving CSI (Grissom's me hero!), Crossing Jordan is another fav (I've been following the career of Jerry O'Connel since he was in Scholastic's My secret Identity... and on through Sliders [which was good, up until the last couple of seasons, when it became excruciatingly silly...]). I watched Enterprise, till it was cancelled... It was just beginning to hit it's stride! The mirror universe episodes were, strangely, more interesting than the entire rest of the series!

I watched the Ali G movie a night or two ago, because a friend of mine keeps constantly saying, "Oh... there's this bit in Ali G where..." And I figured I might as well know what he is talking about.

It was.... blegh...

My girlfriend and I went to see that at the cinema. Her comment was 'that looked beautiful but do any of these stories have happy endings?'

Fair point really. Stories with warriors always end with their noble death. One of my favourite Bruce Lee films, 'Fist of Fury', ends in a hail of gunfire. Great stuff!

Of the recent Chinese lavish imports I still think 'Hero' is my favourite. It's got a very interesting narrative structure and once again the cinematography is stunning.

Well, this appears to be it, apart from the fact it has a different cover to the one I have, came out a year later but the cast list is the same.

Also, this is the UK link for anyone interested (Although you can get it for £15.99 from Whs).

I rented and watched The Manchurian Candidate (sp?) yesterday and thought it was an excellent film. Denzel Washington and the other lead guy (can't remember who it is) really compliment each other and go well together. It also has an interesting plot that keeps you guessing 'til the end.

Keep catching bits of a cartoon called Dragon booster, I's kinda twee, but it's got some amazing production and character design... it kinda looks like cell shaded computer animation... I think thats what it is but, then, I'm not an animator!

Anyone else know of it?
