Froggy,

As a replacement for getting down there yourself, I suggest this rather frightening thing, *warning* that kids should not look at, parents strongly cautioned yada yada yada

Inky, why does no-one admit the fact that you can steal music from myspace artists profiles?

its not like they're going to bother changing it are they?

Dear Inky,

Have you recently received an unfair warning level increase? Do you think it was done by a power mad forum admin, bent on world domination? Well, there's good news! Did you know that there is a little known legal loophole which could result in your warning level being reduced, or even removed altogether? Our team of trained moderators may be able to wipe out the vile stench of having a warning level for you, at no cost to yourself.* We can work with the rogue admin to get your warning level reduced today. And remember, if your warning level isn't reduced, you don't pay a penny!* If you want to take advantage of this offer, please press 1215215464148954168413573 on your keypad now, and you too could be free of your warning level, TODAY!

*It's true, you don't pay a single penny. Not directly to us, anyway. You see, this call is reverse-charged to a premium rate line which costs £5 per minute (minimum call rate 10 minutes) and if you take this option you will be diverted to a call centre in Poland where you are guaranteed to speak to someone who speaks Polish and takes at least quarter of an hour to realise that you are an English speaker, then take a further 20 minutes to locate Greta, who has the English speaking skills of a five year old. From Bratislava.

LoLo - skunkwhales. A little known variety of furry, smelly orca. Much like the ones seen on the garage near the FENCE. OH LORD, THE FENCE!!!

hins - I would never steal music. It hurts the industry and the artists who work so hard to provide us the the tunes we love. You'd never catch me committing such a heinous crime.

Except for all those CDs I lifted from Music Zone when we were in administration. You weren't there, you can't prove it, etc etc.

Inky,

Why are ginger bread men so addictive?

leo - thanks for the kind offer, but I like my new warning level. It's a badge of honour. I may start swearing wantonly and making fun of people in the Issues forum.

hins - don't resist. Gingerbread withdrawal is not a pretty sight. Just try to keep your intake down to one or two a day, and try not to be tempted to binge at weekends, or you may risk becoming one of the increasing number of Bread Heads that curse our fair isle. Also, stay away from witches in the forest, especially if you are accompanied by young German children.

hins - random factor mixed with the appeal of nostalgia, I'd reckon. I love it too. When no-one's around to chat, I drop onto 'last click' and see what reading the guests and bots are enjoying. I've dropped on to a couple of forgotten gems that way.

hins - sure, why not? If people are allowed to fancy Bugs Bunny when he dresses like a girl (and you know there are people that do), then why not get your kicks to Simba? 'Sides, like many young boys in the '80s, I had a lot of confusing feelings about Cheetara from 'Thundercats'.

I challenge men in their mid-to-late twenties/early thirties to deny similar experiences with a straight face.

Cath - duly noted. Ahh, the sexual awakenings brought about by '80s animated programming...

froggie - many thanks. I could only speak as a heterosexual man, but if there are ladies out there who also enjoyed the exploits of the legendary cheetah-woman, then more power to them.

poops - if it features in 'Wayne's World', it must be true. That is the whole of the law.

Dear Inky,

What happens if I ditch?

If I make a machine that makes money the exact way it is, with proper numbers and everything, is it technically counterfeit? If it is, can I buy you into taking the blame for me?

Izzy - ditching detention? That's a paddlin'.

Not being an expert on the subject, I don't know. However, being an expert on having opinions on things I'm not an expert on, I would reckon that any money not created by the designated authorities set aside for such wonga-manifestation purposes would technically be regarded as forgery, no matter how perfect the item itself may be.

As for taking blame, bidding starts at ten billion pounds stirling. Any further offers?

Dear InKy,

Where is my mind?

And how would I go about building a teleportation device? I could really use one right about now...

Izzy - illegal has no meaning in the Kybosh dictionary. There are, however, several definitions of the work 'cake', and they mostly encourage the eating of said substance if any can be found. Unless it is found in a urinal.

Spoon - way out in the water. See it swimming.

Best way to build a teleportation device would be to first build a time travel device, and simply travel to the time shortly after you invented the matter transport gizmo you so desire. There - simple.

I know. Wasted youth quoting various televisual sources has enabled me to spot them when they occur. It's just a small matter of the quote in question being (a) something I've quoted from myself and (b ) being bothered to actually point it out.
