Hello! Anyone in/near Manchester on the 19th?

I know it's probably a bit cheeky to just come swanning back on here after months of absenece.
I'm going to Manchester (without MrFuzzy) tomorrow for interviews/tests/etc. to be trained up as a manager. I'll have the evening of the 19th to myself, but don't know anyone in Manchester, and don't really want to go out in a strange city on my own.

Finished my dissertation!

I finally finished my dissertation!! Handed it in, all done, much happyness! It's been a constant source of stress for the past year and a half, and it always made me feel guilty when I was doing anything else for not working on it! But oh, sweet relief!
So thankyou SO MUCH to everyone who filled in my quesstionnaire, it ended up playing a major role! And muchos thanks have to go to Mata for going through it and telling me how awful my writting style was

Unfortunately, as this silly thing had to take precedence, I now have a whole semesters work to cram into 3 weeks >.O
Anyone know much about the meaning of Viking art?
Or, less likely, about Glanum (apparently an Iron age religious site but I'm beggered if I can find any useful information on it!)
