I've said it countless times that I want to do flash animation but I've never had the modivation nore the ideas to launch anything good. However. I've recently (as of november 2005) got myself a job at a portrate studio and I want to make flash animation about some of the things that happen there (and yes, lots of them are funny). However, I don't know what to use or where to begin. I've had a friend show me a little bit of how to do it but his parents got him the flash studio. I'm not gonna pay 1000 bucks for one so anyone have any sugestions, tips, how to's or what not that can help me out?

So, most of us have had it happen. A beloved pet dead. This morning I went through that very same thing. I woke up to find my cat, Azrael dead. He couldn't have been gone long for he didn't have the stiffs yet but it was still shocking to see it. I thought he was fine. I even sat there a moment hoping he wasn't dead, regardless of the fact that I knew he was. Maybe I was just letting it sink in because after about 4 minutes of staring at him, I burst in to tears.
Chris consoled me untill we took him to the vet to be creamated. When we found out that a serious flee infestation caused the death, he burst in to tears, saying he'd caused the death through selfishness. Well, ok, we had taken the cats to the vet and the vet had recomended to get some flea stuff but Chris said we couldn't afford it (even though he had money in his savings from a lawsuit). So, now we morn for the lost pet. At least we still have Tigger. We'll probably get another cat soon since I don't want tigger to be alone. But untill then, it's going to be hard.

That's discusting and disturbing. I mean, ok, so they want to help burn victoms, great. But wouldn't YOU find it a little wierd to be walking down the street and see you dead mother's face on some stranger?

A few weeks ago, I aquired two cats. Both have been skittish and we've hardly seen them except when chasing them to put them back in the cage. What's really funny is that Chris likes to pout and say in a childish voice "I wanna play with the kitties."
 But that's usually after one of them has run away from him. Currently, we are trying to get them to be unskittish to us. Anyone have some sugtions on what we could do?
