Over The Puddle I Go!

Well, I'm off to England tonight ('round 6:30 ET) and although I've looked through plenty of "guides" and such, I can't help feeling like I don't know what I'm going to do... Since there's such a huge English population on here, I figured I might as well ask -- what do you guys suggest I do? I'm going to be in Cornwall first, then London, and then Bath so I'm open to suggestions for any of those places. Anything would be appreciated; although I've been to the UK before, I don't remember too much about it (I was really young) and would love to try something (anything or everything included) new! PMs, replies here, anything. Thankies! Oh, and I'll be off the forums for a bit since I won't have an internet connection over there.. *sniffletear* Parting is such sweet sorrow.. *grabs a tissue* Toodles, all!!!

Hello all! Well, seeing as I've recently been fooling about on Photoshop, and (finally) actually think something scarcely and hardly decent has come out of it! YAY! What an improvement, eh? If you have the time, criticism and feedback would be much appreciated. As for the colors, I do apologize sincerely - the internet has a way of warping all of my files into really strange and / or bland colors with a very low saturation level. ;-; *sniffle* Oh well. Maybe you shall like...?

Who's Gonna Get It...?

M'kay, folks. First thread ever, so please treat it kindly and wif love... ; I figured this would come up some time or another, so I'm wondering what people's predictions are for the US presidential election, since it's only about 2 days away. As much as I hate the thought, I think Bush is going to win. For various reasons; I'm sure all of you could come up with several. But I'm curious if anyone disagrees with me. Maybe this will just be unanimous. Just curious, so entertain the thought that I'm bringing up something worthwhile and indulge me.

I have just found out that one of my summer camps that I've gone to for 6 years, I won't be able to go this year. All because the dates for another camp I need to go to is at the same time. And this is my last year as I camper... I'm really pretty upset... ;____; Anyone have any suggestions about how to handle it?

My parent's won't let me drop the one I need to go, and there's no other session, but at the same time, I don't want to miss the last year I can go to my camp (as a CIT etc.) especially because it's supposed to be basically THE best year ever there. I've also never stayed for the full 7 weeks, so I feel kind of regretful knowing that I probably won't experience the best part of camp.
