Double Standard?

I find this to be somewhat of a double standard. It seems to be saying that its ok for a government organization to open a citizen's mail, but it is illegal for anyone else. I think U.S. Customs deserves a big cookie!

Why do schools have to shut down their music and chemistry programs?

I whish there were some sort of movement to stop this nosense. Perhaps on the level of the civil rights movement in the U. S. would do nicely.
